There continues to be confusion surrounding what “agility” really means and how organizations should approach it.
Agility is going beyond IT, as most organizations pursue for generating values and achieving objectives through synergies leveraging a combination of functional areas like finance, human resources, procurement, operations and more. The target therefore must be in adopting business / enterprise agility and not only being agile as an IT organization.
Organizational size increases complexity, which makes agility adoption a more significant challenge.
My endeavor is in Influencing leadership on solutioning the above challenges, leading to a more substantial cultural change that is key to becoming agile at an enterprise level.
